Sean Way
Sean founded SA in 1988 and has proudly served the Lancaster community ever since. A Lancaster native, Sean continues to operate from a single location, staying true to his roots. Today, he runs the business alongside his son and finds his greatest joy spending time with his grandchildren.
Shane Way
Shane has been in the excavating industry for over 17 years and works alongside his dad at SA Way. A Lancaster native and proud father of two, Shane finds true satisfaction in his work. As long as he’s in the machine, he’s doing what he loves.
